Our Fee Schedule
For a person who is self-sufficient and ambulatory, the monthly fee includes three meals per day in Canterbury Court, 24-hour nursing supervision, weekly housekeeping, and linen service, and organized activities.

In accordance with state guidelines for personal care, an individual can receive minimal assistance with activities of daily living. The monthly fee increases as these additional services are provided. The first level of expanded services includes medication administration and minimal assistance with bathing. The second level of expanded services includes medication administration and minimal assistance with bathing and dressing. The third level of expanded services includes medication administration, minimal assistance with bathing, dressing, and consistent assistance during the night.

B. Memory Care Center of Excellence
A continuum of care is provided in private rooms that adjoin common living room and kitchen areas for individuals who clearly need supervision, but who are not in the final stages of their disease. In this specially designed Licensed Personal Care Home, residents receive meals, help with medication, safety monitoring, and activities that are uniquely planned to meet their special needs..

C. Nursing Care: Morton, Marmion, and Clingman Neighborhoods
Twenty-four hour care is provided by professional nursing personnel. Services are tailored to meet the individual's specific needs, which fall within state and federal guidelines for either licensed Nursing Care or Skilled Nursing Care.

 D. Sub-Acute Rehabilitation Care
A limited number of rooms are designated for occupancy by individuals who enter the Home "ECH" expressly for short-term, post-hospital treatment and care under the applicable guidelines for coverage under Medicare Part A.
Admission to a designated "rehab room" includes acceptance of the following terms and conditions::
- The care you require is a Medicare Part A qualified, and;
- You are eligible for Medicare Part -A benefits, and:
- In the event of your admission to the hospital, you will be billed a daily bed hold rage equal to your daily room rate, unless your personal possessions are removed and a "Room Clear: form is signed.
At the termination of your Medicare Part A benefits, either due to medical improvement or failure to progress, or exhaustion of benefits, the resident will:
- Begin paying the “rehab room” daily rate of $328 for a Companion Room and $406 for a Private Room in order to remain in the same room; or
- Transfer to another room (if available) that is deemed by your attending physician and ECH’s Interdisciplinary Care Team as appropriately licensed for your follow-up treatment and care; or
- Be assisted by ECH staff and discharged to your home or another care setting.

E. Dudley Square
Dudley Square is for individuals that are self-sufficient and ambulatory. Included in the monthly service fee are an emergency response system, maintenance, grounds-keeping services, utilities, and organized activities. Monthly Service Fees range from $409 to $652.
